You can add utility and prototypicality to a pre or postwar tin Pulllman observation, too!  Best part is, the proceedure can be reversed if desired! 

The patient (hereafter known as the "Jerry Colonna"; "Ah YES!  Something NEW has been added!"), prior to the operation.

Two discreet Dremel cuts in the rear skirting.

The resulting flap is folded neatly out of the way.  To reverse the proceedure, just bend the flap back into place and fill in the cuts with body putty or the like. Note that the coupler has already been installed on the truck,

The shiny new coupler in place.  If you didn't know better, you'd almost swear this was a factory job!  ;-)
