Are you connecting U to the outside rail and A and B to the center rails? The most common point of failure is the wires breaking off those connection posts.

Has any of the solder joints on the terminal lugs broken loose? When I replaced my roller I broke one of the brittle solder joints. Kind of a bear to resolder. Replacement terminal lugs have a screw nut to keep the wire on. Good luck!

I just replaced the carbon rollers on my transformer and running two trains on separate tracks but the train on the right controller runs no problem, the one on the left seems to have shorted out but I can find nothing out of the ordinary. Voltage on that side is zero 19 to 20 volts on the other side. Does anyone have a idea of what could be wrong?
