Help! I received a stockyard and car on ebay. It powered up ok but the cows vibrate too much and immediately all fall down. Do I need to adjust the vibration if there is a way or I notice the pads are thick tan material and the cows seem unbalanced. Anyone have a top tip on correction? Havent even got to the cattle car yet. Thanks, Dave
There should be a screw adjustment on one of the sides of the small house/office. If that's missing try connecting the stockyard to variable voltage from the transformer and lower the voltage. The cows do not need a lot of vibration from the mat.

I tried to connect to the middle post but nothing happens. No power. Adjustment screw is almost useless. Cows seem top heavy w pad material. does anyone know of a material I can buy to try? I tried ebay and one site looks promising but the ebay store doesnt exist. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dave
The brown cows MUST go on the right side as you face the Stock Yard and Corral and of course the black cows would go on the left side. Place the black cows facing left away from the control shed along the corral fencing and the brown cows facing right away from the shed along the corral fencing.
If they do not stay up and circulate, the pads if they are replacement pads have not been correctly installed. You can replace them with new pad material cut from a Shur-Line paint replacement pad which you can buy at just about any hardware store for about $3. I bought mine at ACE Hardware. The black cow pads face left at about a 30 degree angle and the brown face right at a 30 degree angle. The pad material has a grain to it so make sure the grain is facing to the rear first then angle it.
Do a search for a video on how to install t he new pads on You Tube, it helped me, good luck and let us know how you make out.
