Pridelines trains
Posted by mdeange3 on Thursday, February 20, 2014 12:17 AM

Is there anyone that is familiar with Pridelines Inc. that operated from Lindenhurst, N.Y. that manufactured tinplate toy trains?

I have a Mickey Mouse Tencennial Trolly and have misplaced the display board since moving over ten years ago.  Is there any way that I may be able to replace this display stand?  The front has a plaque with an engraved Walt Disney World logo and the years 1971 - 1981.

I'm also searching for other Pridelines trains as the Mickey Circus Train in either O or Standard Gauge.

There is also a purple colored train with matching purple colored street lamps.  Any leads are helpful.

Regards,

Michael

Michael,

A quick Google search, which you've no doubt already done, reveals little about Pridelines other than offerings on FleaBay from various sources. One snippet revealed that the owner has passed on and the familys interest in trains has waned. I wouldn't hold out for much from Pridelines themselves, if they still exist, but the used marked should help you achieve your goals.

I am continuing my search in locating the track base to accompany my Pride Lines Walt Disney World Tencennial Trolley: 1971-1981.  Is there anyone on the Forum that's able to assist me to find this replacement piece?

I am willing to substitute The Disney "Pride Lines Collector Series" trolley track base as a replacement too.

Michael
