Stebby - From the pics, there are no readily visible yaw or braking skid-marks, yielding a summation of inattentive driver as contributing factor.
actually I thought that was fife in the first pic of Spanky's you notice he had traffic stopped and sure was staring at the beauties thou, didn't appear he was even looking at the traffic it was all eyes left
