Menards Mercantile building:

Last week I picked up a Menards Mercantile building as an open/no box clearance item. My problem is that when hooked up only one of the three windows lights up. The other two light but very dimly. What, if anything, can be done to rewire this or fix this problem. Has anyone else had problems with this building?
