Lionel air whistle Printed Circuit Board Question

Does any know where I can buy a Printed Circuit Board for a Lionel Air whistle without buying a whole new assembly? I appreciate any help I receive. The whistle is in a Lionel 234W tender 1987 to present. It is probably in the early 90's. I am not sure but I think the Lionel number of the entire assembly is 1771-150. Thank you
