The tradition at our house is that my wife and I pick out our own Christmas presents - and then I buy them!  Laugh  So, this year I bought an Ives No. 17 clockwork that was in good shape cosmetically.  I did some work to an Ives motor I had on hand and installed it in the locomotive yesterday.  Here is the result, the Ives No. 17 posed on an Ives clockwork switch:
