Here are some more of the circus transport cars.

It is neat to have a police car with your home town name on it.

Getting that plane to fly was an engineering feat to say the least. [:D]

Not a bad way to travel..... Click on picture to enlarge.

These passenger cars were passing thru Sandpoint last weekend. They were pulled by 3 Amtrak Genesis. They are privately owned passenger cars and they are beautiful. There were 25 in all. I think 19 from the East and 6 from the West. They split up at Sandpoint, the 19 were going Thru Glacier National and Whitefish Mt. and the 6 were Going back to Oregon. My understanding is that it was a week long cocktail party. I wonder what Amtrak charges you to haul your own personal car around the country? I will post some more pics in the following weeks. Too bad you couldnt go on board, I bet they are just as nice inside...............Tim

Sure glad we up-graded to hi-speed cable, the old dial-up used to take forever to download. [^]
