In the basement between my "furnace and hot water heater" lies the MARS. New Beau City, the largest City in the country, is served by a number of railroads including the Mid Atlantic Railway System. There the Grand Central Terminal receives a multitude of trains each day. And it is there that this story begins.
Here you see the arrival of the MARS' first electric locomotive, a T-3a, as it pulls beneath Grand Central Terminal in New Beau City.
Theodore Goodman, III, President and Chairman of the Board of the Mid Atlantic Railway System, has climbed aboard #281 to speak to the assembled crowd celebrating the arrival of the first electric T-Motor.
After speaking to the throng of MARS employees and supporters who were present to witness the arrival of the T-3a electric motor, Mr. Goodman, accompanied by two associates quickly pose for a photograph before leaving to meet with the Mayor of New Beau City and representatives of the 3rd Rail Division of Sunset Models who are responsible for bringing the O scale NYC T-3a to the MARS.
Sunset Models' O scale New York Central T-3a is an exciting addition to the MARS roster and denotes that work will commence on New Beau City in just a few weeks. Bo

Great photos as usual, Bo, buuuuut where does one put the bread in...?
Hi FIFEDOG, I read your comment and couldn't help but laugh. I think they also refer to these types of locomotives as "boxcabs" and it would seem for good reason. Thanks FIFEDOG! Bo
