When you take the covers off the log loader, the pins are exposed. They should just pull out.

While you have the pins out, clean them carefully, and clean out the holes in the rollers. I use mineral spirits on a pipe cleaner.
Then I use a number drill bit chucked in a pin vise that will just fit the hole. The idea is to clean out any old gunk, not to enlarge the hole.

I lubricate the pins with a clear, dry lubricant called Clear DriSlide. Unfortunately, it is no longer sold.

If they are stuck then they are rusted. I had this problem last year. Get new cams and pins. I got mine from Jeff at the train tender. Easy fix.
