Please make plans to attend the 3rd Annual Lionel Customer Service Open House on Saturday,
August 17th, 2013. This is your opportunity to see the “behind the scenes” inner workings of Lionel
Customer Service. This year’s Open House will feature:
Meet the entire Lionel Customer Service staff
Tours of the Lionel Customer Service Facilities, see where your trains are serviced, tested and
our extensive inventory of service parts
Two large operating train layouts
Mini‐clinics on servicing your Lionel products
Legacy product demonstrations
Complimentary 50% discount on all Lionel Service Part Orders the day of the Open House (offer
extended to on‐line orders August 17th through August 18th)**
A large selection of Lionel products on sale the day of the event
Hourly drawings for great prizes
Grand Prize drawing for a Lionel Vision Line Locomotive (must be present to enter this drawing)
Food Vendors on‐site the day of the show
Meet representatives from the LCCA and other industry
