With about 65-70 watts continuous output, the 1033 would be marginal at best for running TMCC equipment.

Personal experience has shown that TMCC works just fine with a ZW, and not so much with a 1033.  I'd advise using a transformer you know has the "guts" to do the job.

So it wouldn't work to use this transformer with TMCC?

It's 16 volts if you're using A for the common, 11 volts if using B.

What is the constant voltage output to the track for  the 1033?

Thanks,
