Just got done reading your article.  When you stop realizing there's a center rail, you have taking your layout to a higher level.  Very nice.

Heck after viewing the video, my room was humid.Bow

Congratulations, fantastic article. If I may, where did you get the high-tension towers?

I want to thank Drew for sharing his fantastic layout with the more than 40,000 readers of Classic Toy Trains. I enjoyed working with him, getting the pictures we needed and then developing the manuscript. His layout looks great and should be an inspiration for all of us trying to build realistic settings for our three-rail trains.

I hope as well that seeing what Drew has done will inspire those of you reading the CTT Forum and having layouts with scenery to contact us and share pictures. That is how we learn about the layouts we feature in Photo Album and in the rest of the magazine.

Thanks again,

Roger Carp

Drew, congratulations on the article!  You've done a wonderful job on the layout!  I enjoyed the article and the photos.  I really thought you did a nice job with your weathering of the track and locomotives and with your treatment of the telephone poles and power lines!  Bo  Smile
