Absolutely! Many of the MPC and later diesel parts are interchangeable with their PW cousins. I don't know what your bank is but finding them on the cheap might be a little difficult. Try Dr. Tinker, besides being a wealth of knowledge his prices are more than reasonable. I don't know if Jeff Kane at The Train Tender would have them but he's worth a try. There are a few guys I buy original PW parts from but they are on the bay and sometimes their prices are high but given your experience there this may not be an option for you.

By the way, if you opened a complaint on eBay or Paypal and you win the decision might be that they return your money to you and you return the engine to him. Then you'll have trucks you can't use.

Roger, It is. I had posted on another post that I got a MPC F3 from some guy goes by the e-bay name Traindude who sent me a bad engine but listed it as runs well. Sad

First reply from him he tried to blame the post office but no way is it postal damage. I sent him pictures of the wheel that had come off of the axle.

I am still waiting for his next reply. He seems to be a  Liar,, In denial, who is uncooperative. Stay away from him.
