Last weekend I was Back Home Again in Indiana where it seems that I can see, the new mown hay.....enough singing, but I was back home and learned of something really interesting about the local cemetery. [:0] There is a tombstone shown below of a little boy who died at the age of 11 who on the side the stone had a train. See for yourself.

Interestingly it is the B&O RR.

This weekend the Garden RR Society had their annual tour. If you think things get a little bizarre in the O-Gauge world, well the G-Scale people are not far behind. [:D]

A keep sake. Given to my son in 1988 by railroad cop that lived next door. Guess who is keeping it now. This is the actual 1988 NS calendar. NS Triple Crown RoadRailer crosses the Emory River near Wartburg, Tenn.

This is our small collection of Bump – n – Run trolleys, hand car, and work car.

This one is made by IR

This one is MTH

This one is Lionel

The hand car is MTH

This hand car is by K-line

with it’s cars

Here is a comparison of the MTH and K-line next to each other

BTW the K-line hand car is not a bump-n-run car.

And of course the work car is Lionel

I must be losing it guys. I found yet another box of train cars that had been in storage for about 10 years. This is a track cleaning car made by an independent company that I bought at the Houston GATS 11or 12 years ago. It works great. The cleaning pads can be changed out pretty easily, and they are heavy enough to do the job. Hey Chief it sure beats a rag and elbow grease. ....Tim
