I want to replace the belt. I have the back removed and I can only get two of the pins out (one that has the roller on it and one that doesn't. The remaining four that are closest to the motor seem to be stuck. Any recos for how to get these out. I tried some small pliers with no success.
call jeff kane at the train tender www.ttender.com and he probably has the part and tell you what you need to do

I ordered the new part from him today. Although I didn't ask him how to remove the rollers. Any suggestions?
They should just pull right out, unless they're siezed in the rollers or there is tension on the belt. Spray some penetrating oil on the pins and rollers if needed.
The rollers spin freely. The pins are stuck in the frame.
Dobson The rollers spin freely. The pins are stuck in the frame.
The pins are likely seized in the rollers due to rust or old oil/grease in this case.
Yes. That is my issue. Just tried wd40 to no avail. Any recommended products to use here?
I suggest PB Blaster.
Once you get the pins out, make certain you clean away all the old lubricants. I find that carefully cleaning the pins and the hole in the rollers can make a dramatic difference in how well the unit operates.
