Another fun day downstairs and we had a special visitor, Mr. & Mrs. S. Claus checking on the kids. They were even checking on the trains to make sure everything is ready.
Is that them on the bridge?
It is! And the kids found them right away
Santa arrived in the red Christmas Express, a little slower than his speedy sled!
Lots of traffic at the station.
Jon
So many roads, so little time.

Jon, Love the layout ! Where did you get the "crushed cars" for flatbed/flatcar loads ?
Or did you make your own ?

Doug -- I just went down and looked everywhere on that truck and I can't find any markings. The detailing on that truck is incredible and it's one of my favorites. I just checked with the boss and she said we bought it at a hobby shop north of us years ago and it didn't even have a box! The cab on the tractor even pivots forward so you can see the motor.
Stopped and visited with Sir James this past week. Here is a pic I snapped during the visit.
