hielsie,

Thanks for your offer. I think I'll just get the pdf from CTT.

Trestrainfan, my records show I have 2 copies of Mar 2004. If you would rather have the entire mag instead of or in addidtion to the PDF, contact me and I can get it to you.

Thanks for the info. I looked through the track plan data base and didn't find anything, and I looked at the back issues and saw that the last issue in the series was sold out, so someone couldn't purchase all of the back issues even if one wanted to get them all. I didn't look through the pdf downloads in the shopping area.

Since the 4 articles are available in one pdf, that does seem pretty fair, so you can forget about my suggestion. It wasn't my intent to ask for something for free that CTT already had available for sale.

Here is a link to the pdf if anyone is interested.

This is a bit awkward since the CT&T story is being sold as a PDF download.

The Boss, Carl, is out of the office until next week. I'll run it by him, but I'd be inclined to think the answer will be no since we're already selling it as either back issues or a PDF.

trestrainfan,

Sometime it takes some time for someone to reply, Don't be distressed. Tongue Tied

I am considering trestles for my up coming addition I would like to see more on how they are used as well.

I want to use traditional post war style but have no idea what I am doing.

No response from the powers to be, so I guess the answer is "no" by default.

No other replies, so I guess no one else is interested.

I haven't finished reading it, but I am really enjoying the issue so far.

I enjoyed the article on David Smith's layout. I've seen video's of it before. In the article, it mentions the layout is based on the Coal Terminal & Trestle RR, a 4 issue project layout starting with the December 2003 issue of CTT, and continuing with the January, February and March 2004 issues. I have the Dec 2003 issue as I have collected most of the Christmas related issues, and I see the Jan and Feb 2004 back issues are available, but the Mar 2004 issue is sold out.

How about providing as a subscriber extra a pdf file with all 4 articles of the Coal Terminal & Trestle RR project layout series that can be downloaded?
