Oh great, just swell.  Here I was thinking I was cool with two loops under the Christmas tree, and here comes green97 with SIX!   Back to the drawing board...

I have three layouts and two of them are in the offices I work, one at the VAMC in Chillicothe and the other at Ironton AMVETS Office.  At Christmas they both go holiday!

At Chillicothe the inside loop has Lionel's Santa Flyer and the outside loop has the reindeer North Pole Central cars pulled by RMT's Christmas Beeps Rudolph and Santa Clause.

At the Ironton AMVETS Christmas decorations are place on the layout, as in a village scene.

I take an area on the train table and sort of convert it to a Chrismas theme for awhile. The last item is a video and was more to show off my old Marx Monon units!

I've been brainstorming some ideas, but haven't started construction as of yet.

The Lehigh Valley Railroad, the Route of the Black Diamond Express, John Wilkes and Maple Leaf.

After seeing Becky's  thread, it really got the wheels turning.Big Smile  I can't wait for this now.  Here's some pictures of previous years.

Of course, a Christmas layout comes at the price of sliding my other addiction into winter storage:

If anyone has any has any pictures of Christmas layouts (or a Mustang Smile, Wink & Grin ), please feel free to post them here.

PS: Becky, thanks for starting that thread.Smile  It really got me thinking.
