This particular beastie had its genesis a few years back when someone at a train show in Springfield, MO pointed out that a couple of Lionel slope back tenders would make a dandy steeplecab locomotive... So, here's the next major project from the Razorback Traction company: A Lionel RS-3 cab and frame and a couple of Nickel Plate Road tenders combined to make something resembling the old "Crocodile" locomotives operating in Germany... The coal loads will, of course be going bye-bye and a trolley pole added before the loco gets painted into Razorback red... Modelwork and photo © moi.
