Apparently this is what happens when Seayakbill goes on vacation.  Someone else has to pick up the slack.

This is a shot of my most two recent eBay aquisitions.  The NKP boxcar is a Flyonel, but the D&RGW "Cookie Box" is a Flyer original, it's the 24039, the one without the working doors.

Unfortunately my Minneapolis & St. Louis boxcar is still enroute in the Postal Service, when it arrives all three will get new wheel sets from S-Helper Service, and scale brakewheels from Grandt Line.  I may post a new picture when they are done.

I have figured out what is wrong with my brain!  On the left side nothing works right, and on the right side there is nothing left!

Nice start Stebbycentral! Looks like Seayak Bill and Spankybird is out today, so lets American Flyer take over today. (Ok others may join in.)

He's my Rio Grande. It's the older brother to yours number 807 and was first catologed in 1957, the following years had the 5 digit numbers.

Here's something I've been playing around with the past couple of days. It's an F7 slug with a chopped roof. The portholes, stacks and fans have been removed. As far as I know there's no prototype for it. It's just under eleven scale feet high from rail head to roof. A normal F unit is a bit over two feet higher. Why make such a thing? It's something that not many will have and it's unusual.

And it's powered as well. I still have to wire in a decoder.

Jack.

IF IT WON'T COME LOOSE BY TAPPING ON IT, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT. USE A BIGGER HAMMER.

Jack I have not told you because I don't know???

The table is 16' x 12' by 8' x 6' with a 2'x5' cut out walk in and then back 13'

The table is 16' on the east wall to a  72" 1/4turn to the  12' on the south to a 72" 1/4 turn to the  8' on the west side  to a 54" 1/4 turn to the short north end  6' feet to a 54" 1/4 turn where then it goes back 5' to the south through the tightest  1/2 turn 42" Marx, then back 13' to the north end 42" 1/2 turn.

If you just figure the straights runs with 90 degree turns it is 66'

Figure it out and let me know,  Confused or let me know how to figure it out. never gave it much thought other than I would like more. Laugh

It is made out of four 4x8 sheets of plywood and the plan is to add two more as $$$ allow.

It is finally finished !

My "Better Half" and I took them down this morning so I could swap out the Circus Train for the current consist on the shelf. Based on the history of some of the early Bachmann 4-6-0's I hope it will make it thru the weekend when it is run.
