It looks like one of those battery operated sets stores sell at Christmas time. It doesn't look like anything Marx or Lionel made.

The engine showed up on ebay, and is the only photo i have of it, as i don't own it. I was just wondering what it was before i bought it. I can't tell you much about it, only what the pictures say. I spotted this as i went onto ebay, in all categories, so it is just a lucky coincidence i found it.  The seller also put these three cars on.3 MARX wagons

To save you the research, Tidmouth Milk is from Thomas The Tank Engine, and it makes sense because the seller is located in Europe.

Right off I'd say an unmarked Marx but i"ve never seen them in green. Like rtraincollector says it would help to know the pickup, but it looks like there is not even a motor.

Are those the only two drive wheels you have for it?

Does it have a middle pick-up or what looks like there was a middle pick up on it. not seeing the bottom kinda hinders ideas a little.

Wondering if it could be a off market O gauge 2 or 3 rail. Off market meaning a small company that tried to offer an O gauge item. They do appear every once in a while. Also wondering if maybe a marx

Just some ideas It could be one of those from japan that show up every once in a while would love to see whats inside as how it works.

I have no clue who made this, or what it came with.  The number on the side is 8228. The front looks like an MPC Lionel 8300, and the back looks a lot like a Pennsylvania K-4. The numbers appears rubber stamped, so the color is probably original. I usually know my trains, but this one has me stumped. Can someone help me out?
