Frances has just about made it through Florida, missing Pensacola, and this show will be over before the next one comes. Hope some of you can come and enjoy model trains with us.

That’s good to know George,

I used to have property in Holly, now my ex-wife does.

Good luck with the show.

I am a person with a very active inner child. This is why my wife loves me so. Willoughby, Ohio - the home of the CP & E RR. OTTS Founder www.spankybird.shutterfly.com

If in the area be sure to drop by the 2nd Annual Model Train Show presented by the Pensacola Model Railroad Club, Saturday and Sunday, September 11-12. For details, including photos from the 2003 show, see www.trainweb.org/pmrc/ or contact Jack Rowles, flexiflyer@usa.net, (850) 937-8179. There will be at least two O gauge dealers including Trains by Johnson, and layouts from Z to G.

O-gauge layouts are by South West Alabama Railroader Modelers (SWARM) and Bay Area Rail Roaders (BARR). For a look at these see www.lots-trains.org and click on "Operating Layouts" then on "SWARM Modular Lionel Layout," and also see www.bayarearr.com. BARR is a new club with layout based on Independent Hi-Railers specifications, using AtlasO track, wide radius curves, PVC pipe legs and TMCC controls.

Also, don't miss the National Museum of Naval Aviation, http://naval.aviation.museum/museum.html.
