Remember for dual motors that you have to wire the polarity so the trucks go in the same direction.  That means cross polarity on the motor leads.

Brown - center rail pickup

Grey - chassis/outside rails/ground

Red & Black - motor(s)

White & Blue - reverse lockout switch

Dual motors - no problem.  The trucks are the same.

Hi all, need some your expert help or advice. I want to convert this engine to dual motors.I bought it at a local train show;when I got it home ; I found out the e-uint was bad.I've located the parts to fix it with, and in preperation I started to unwire the unit.As I did this I a made a diagram of where and what color wires went together, except one ,dont remember where it went ! Dose any one have a wiring diagram for this engine or is that a Lionel secret? What do you think of the dual motors,I asked one person and he told me it couldn't be done he said the mounts from front to back were diferent, but I've done checked that out and it 's not so,the trucks changed front to back no problem.
