I have one of these on my track it says the following
Protects against power surges ( which it did)
Protects against power spikes ( which it did or must of)
Special duplex Electronics
Bi-Directional Duplexed
Any way heres my problem I have burnt out 2 of these first one I feel was because a train car jumped the track and ark and everything went dead okay my fault there track wasn't aligned correctly. second one no idea was running train stopped as engine and b unit separated so unplug power and put all back right plugged power cord in second one was fried no idea
now heres what I'm wondering am I pulling to much current thru it as I have 2 A units with dual motors 2 B units with tmcc in them one has rail sounds 7 mth passenger cars with 5 bulbs in each oh all A units and B units have lights in them also
I'm using a ZW to run this 14' x 16' loop of track ( post war zw 275 watts per the plate on the casing) but have it set at only 14 volts coming out .
please reply in simplest terms possible as not that electric knowledge here.

RT,
I am glad I did not buy them from you.
Trow them out.
Simple fix.
Now many Lokons do you have on the loop?
Put these at each Lockon and in your engines too if you want.
