I went up yesterday to the pre shows at the fire stations. Pick up lots of repair parts and a AF pig palace stock care for $50.00.  All it needed was cleaning and a coupler and break wheel replaced.

Article II, Section 3 of the amended by laws indicate just the applying member's signature is required. Read it here:

I thought I heard that the two signature rule was dropped by TCA.  Now I'm hearing one signature?  I thought it was none required.  Otherwise, why the change just from two to one?  Doesn't make sense.  This needs to be cleared up.

Each April and October thousands, about 14 thousand, Toy Train Operators and Collectors converge on York PA.  The entire York Fair Grounds, all 8 buildings, turn into a collectors paradise for 3 days.

1,100 Member Tables, 250 Dealer Displays, it takes more than a day to see it all.  While the show is limited to Train Collectors Association members, familly, and guests, it is possible to join at the door (only one signature now required and easily obtained) .

Thursday April 19 (12:00 to 5:30),  Friday April 20 (9:00 to 5:30), and Saturday April 21 (9:00 to 2:00)

And i believe they have also waved the initiation fee until the end of may I think
