The Detroit Historical Museum has two toy train activities - the Glancy Trains Modular Railroad Club, which operates mostly at local train shows but as far away as "Train Festival 2004" in Dennison, Ohio this year in early August. The other activity is the Glancy Trains Volunteers at the Detroit Historical Museum, who meet for 2 hours every other Saturday 10 a.m to 12 noon and often on Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Contact me for more informaiton - Bob Cosgrove rwcosgrove1@yahoo.com

I am just getting back into Model Rail Roading but right now I live in a condo without a basement. I was wondering what clubs that use Lionel are in the Detroit area. I live right near the 23 mile road Lionel head quaters (is it still the head quatters?) in Mt Clemens. I hope to find a club close by where I can enjoy model rail roading till i move in a few year into a house and can have a real layout of my own again.
