The product does not originate from Kalmbach, so you will not be billed/charged by Kalmbach. You are free to keep, toss, or turn the DVD into a coaster. Or keep it and continue the series (and be billed for it). You can call our customer service department and they can ensure your name is removed from the vendor's list.

Folks, this is a non-issue that keeps popping up making a mountain out nothing. You are not obligated to buy or even send back this DVD. Yes, you are being ask too but you are not obligated to do this. If you do decide to "subscribe" to the DVD collection then that is when you become obligated...

Really? I'm a new subscriber and this post has me concerned that Kalmbach will start sending me unwanted stuff and charge my credit card for it.
How about it editors - do I need to be watching out for this?

I thought we went down this road a couple of years ago. Sending out DVD's (about two-rail H.O. trains forsooth!) and then billing us for them if we don't send them back? Like all things H.O., I tossed it in the garbage without even opening the package. I certainly wasn't about to schlep all the way down to the Post Office. Heck, I haven't even sent out my Christmas Cards yet!
How can a publishing company as excellent as Kalmbach, with magazines as spectacular as CTT and Trains and Classic Trains repeat a mistake like this, that caused such grief and animosity before?
