Well, let's see.......I know there is one pulling a passenger train and I'm sure there is one in the tunnel but all I can see is the caboose. There is one behind the mountain and one on the bridge over the river. Oh, yes, there is one on the floor under the layout and I'm pretty sure there is another one in a box in the closet. Thanks for asking.
Penny Trains Funny this should come up, I made a list for my own amusement just recently. All but a few in my collection are junkers for one reason or another. Some from age and rough handling by previous owners, some because the proto boards lost their minds. So, to any would be thieves out there, forget it. But all tolled, counting all scales, I have about 50 in various conditions with or without modifications, which I love to do. Becky

Becky,
You can send me your junkers or any one else can too. This way you and everone else will have more room to collect engines to add to your listing.
, not much of a collector

I think that I don't have all the ones I want...
My wife thinks that I have way too many!Cobrabob.
Toy Trains, they are not just an adventure, they are a way of life !
sir james I This is a bad idea. You guys are telling the world what you have in your house. You can't delete but you can erase your entries. Do what you like but I would never do this.

SJ.........No worries. I have a "Last Alert" home security system. Cordless, runs on dog food, and monitors the street, the driveway, the house, and all of the surrounding yards including my own. Comes in black/tan, red, or blue. See avatar.

IF IT WON'T COME LOOSE BY TAPPING ON IT, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT. USE A BIGGER HAMMER.
cwburfle I don't see any good coming from a thread like this.

I strongly disagree, CW. My wife says I have too many. Once I show her how many others have, she'll realize she should thank her lucky stars for my relative restraint, run out, and buy me a few more. I am preparing my wish list now.

I have a Marx steam engine that is 57 years old and runs perfectly plus a bunch of other cool stuff that I have collected since I was 4.

Too late to hide them, the neighbors love to come by and watch them run in the yard. I even give some of the little neighborhood kids my old Lionel or MTH Catalogs. Besides, if someone gets by the alarm system, the trains are are insured and old toy trains are hard to move, it's a limited market.
Takes too long to list. Total 76 Locomotives in 4 Gauges dating back to 1918.
32 of them are Lionel in "O" and "OO", 21 of them are "G Gauge" that I run in my back yard, the rest are American Flyer, or MTH, or Mantua or Lima.

V8Vega It would take a couple of pages and I just bought another on eBay. I am feeling guilty as many are in boxes and I probably won't ever do much with them. O sure takes more room to store than HO.

When I wass 9 years old I had American Flyer 336 Northern, 312 K6 Pacific, Santa Fa PA 1and PB link coupler version, Rocket A-A from 1954 and a Franklin locomotive.
Today I do not even know how many locomotives or cars I have. I would estimate nearly 100 locomotives.
I have a mix of most brands. Too many things to list :D
Anyone who has been accumulating electric trains for 50 some years probably would not want to take the time to list all the locomotives.
Bill T.
OK, not a big list...
Lionel 2020 turbine - has original smoke bulb - it was my Dad's
Marx 1666 - custom paint - bought at train show

Marx 898 - tin loco - bought at rain show

List all of your engines,, engine number, model, road names, added accessories, modifications etc. This is not a competition or "who ever dies with the most toys wins" kind of thing. Just I think what can be a fun thread. Here is what I can think of off the top of my head what I own:
Lionel 8158, GP9 DM&IR. Extra electrical pickup added to unpowered truck. Gift for me new in 1981.
Lionel 3547 4-4-2 Wisconsin Central. All stock. 2005 New set on Menards closeout.
K-line 103 Porter Union Pacific. Lionel era issue. New through one of the CTT advertising wholesalers.
Lionel 8632 4-4-2 C&O stretched tender, added front coupler & washers for traction. Ebay purchase.
Lionel 8679 SD20 Northern Pacific 12 wheel drive. From Elliots Mall of America layout. Awaiting rebuild.
Lionel 8203 2-4-2 Pennsy off of ebay, doesn't run, have extra shell
Lionel 8203 2-4-2 Pennsy off of ebay, needs a little work.
Lionel 8632 2-4-2 x-two will make into either a 4-8-2 or an articulating 4-4-4-2.
I will have to lookup the rest of the ones I have but can't remember right now.
