Hi guys,
So I'm trying to model the Ottawa Central RR who utilized locomotives from CP. The majority were MLW (ALCO) RS-18u with one MLW C-424. I was able to find a 424 by Atlas O but have had no luck with the RS-18u. Has anyone seen any out there in 3 rail? Thanks for your help as always.

Jay, I'm sure you already searched around for suitable motive power for your Ottawa Central. The closest match I could find is the MTH RS-27. I would start with the PRR scheme (drab brunswick) for a repaint, and go from there. Should be easy to piece together decal sets to complete your project.
Should be an interesting layout, with lots of forest products. Keep us posted.
Thanks I'll check that loco out. I already have a line on the decals from highball graphics. I'll be sure to post some pictures as the layout develops.
MTH seems to manufacture more short lines and lesser known RR's than the other manufactures. You may want to check their web site for MTH locos previously manufactured.
