Need help to ID some Marx remote control switches
Posted by KRM on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 4:43 PM

I found these today in a box in my shed marked old Marx switches.

Any help dating these and part numbers would be of great help. I doubt they are worth much but just don’t know. Seems to be three different styles of remote and a set of manual.

Thanks,

Kev.

 LL675,

What wire goes where on the switches? I can test them tomorrow and maybe i can help you out with a set.

Scroll down a bit and you'll see how they're wired.

I tested these today.  All but one of them slapped open and shut  and I found a track screw lodged in the one that was slow but it is fine now. The controllers work too.

LL675, give me a PM if your interested in a pair. Will see if I can help you out.
