There's a guy over in the OGR forum that does repairs on Lionel TMCC stuff, Dale Manquen, including the ZW Controller.  My guess is the output drivers have failed, that's usually a pretty simple fix.

Yes, I did swap powerhouses.  Also put jumper in C_U and still got power from B-U powerhouse even with B-U shut down.

If this channel is bad, can it be repaired?

It's not uncommon for one channel of the ZW controller to bite the dust, I suspect that's what is happening here.

I'm assuming you've swapped the Powerhouse units around to eliminate those as an issue, right?

I am running TMCC with ZW that has 4 powerhouse of 180 watts each. The C-U terminal will not power down under TMCC. all others will.  I have tried resetting per instructions, but this does not help.  Any suggestions?
