jeffrey-wimberly Two of my projects this weekend have been patching a GP9 for the L&A and mounting a Varney metal F3B shell on an Athearn F7 powered chassis. One was easy, the other not so easy. The GP9 is a Walthers GP9m, single flywheel, standard DC.The F3B is a Varney die-cast metal shell on a stock Athearn F7 chassis with a hard wired DCC decoder. The F3B is #2 in a three loco consist of all powered F units representing Stewart, Varney, Athearn, NWSL and Life-Like. The unit still has to be painted but is operational.

Nice patching on the GP9.
You guys don't know how much enjoyment you supply each week. Thank you! And Spanky, I think the engineer must have missed a signal and hit something due to distracted operation......and it wasn't a ghost that distracted him.

Lionel JLC Scale GG1. I paid $475 for it.
SantaFe158, very nice GG-1 and a very good price.
I have noticed that the JLC big steamers are selling at very attractice prices since the Legacy steamers started making their appearance. I have seen 50% or more off the original selling price.

My new toy.
Lionel JLC Scale GG1. I paid $475 for it. It looks almost brand new (it was slightly used) and runs/sounds great.
Jim, I have been using both Photo Bucket or Shutter Fly for years with no problems.
Bill:
What photo services can I use to import pictures. I forget which on I went to but they wantrd too much personal info for my taste.

Bruce - You couldn't be more right. Bill deserves alot of credit for his efforts every Sunday. It makes my second cup of coffee all the more better.
Bill - Thanks!

Thanks guys, I just like looking at electric train pictures, videos, and layouts from other folks. Whether its a $2.00 automobile to a $1500 locomotive its always fun to see how they are incorporated into a layout. We had some neat pictures and videos in this thread for this week, but I really enjoyed the Ghost Busters scenes. The Sunday Photo Fun is a great diversion from the real world issues that face all of us beginning on Monday morning's. Certainly would like to see more participation in the Sunday Photo Fun.
