Would it be a good idea to repaint some of the interior??  Such as the chairs and tables and such.  Or should I leave it as original as possible??  Does repainting or buffing with dremel hurt the value of the diner car?  Any help will do.  Thanks.

Hello all,  I have a set of passenger cars that have some rust on them.  The wheels and axles have rust on them.  How do you remove the rust?  Is there any way I can take off the wheels and axles and soak them in something?  Should I use something like CLR or white vinegar to remove the rust?  What is the best way to clean up these cars to make them look nice?  I do not want to repaint them, as they stil have the original paint in good condition. A few paint flakes here and there, nothing too bad.  Just want to make sure they look nice.  And my diner car, the 431, is it supposed to have only one light socket inside the car or two of them??  Thanks and have a nice day!!
