Call this too much of a good thing. Although I normally run tinplate, I thought I would give the "old stuff" a run. I had forgotten what fog machines the MTH engines are. Note the fog effects. I had to stop filming. Gasp.

Nothing is more fairly distributed than common sense: no one thinks he needs more of it than he already has.

Yep, MTH is the King of smoke units. Grandkids today had a MTH Hudson, Turbin, and Z-6 a smokin in the basement, filled up the basement with Christmas Tree scented smoke.

As a friend of mine say, have a window open or have some good ventilation going. A little smoke is OK but gag! The fire fighter in me was ready to go!

I came down from the train room rubbing my irritated eyes, thinking I need to buy a fan, chop a hole in the wall or buy an air cleaner. The Marx smokers have than nice rhythmic puffing but the MTH engines I had simply forgotten they are "fog machines..good grief. My daughter loves the smell as she grew up with it and associates it with childhood. I just sent away for smoke fluid supposedly made from Flyers original formula as that's what I grew up with..those little red capsules. As far as the smoke I guess sometimes too much realism can backfire.. .
LOL! That's really cool. I guess you could always tell folks you like smoked turkey.
More like an light oil sauna..I turned off the smoke and have'nt turned it on since..whew..My better half provided a post game analysis like Lucy "You should have known better" I felt like Charlie Brown. (sigh)
Good grief.
