Looking for an O scale stair template

I made a custom bridge pier for my Realtrax Arch Bridge and want to make stairs from the side walk down the pier to the level below.

I drew a stair but I can't seem to scale it down correctly and I was wondering if there was a downloadable template that I could use.

I am also looking into making a scale staircase to go from my elevated trolley down to street level. I have purchased a tool kit from MicroMark and it is a great company. They sell a precut staircase stringer/tread set. Check this out.
