Hiya!

I'd recommend Roger Carp's "Lionel Display Layouts You Can Build".  Excellent book!

I have an original d192 Lionel display that is still in its original crate. Any suggestions on how to sell this set.

Just some info on a D192 layout. There is an operating D192 in Versailles, KY, at the Nostalgia Station toy train museum. Appears to be 100% original.
