It always comes down to pushing buttons. I took the MRC Symphony 77 and mounted the speakers into the A.F. Talking Station. I had to take the speakers out of their boxes and run the hand control wires down under my layout from the talking station.
The sound is great with the speakers at each end of the talking station. When people come over to see my train layout I give them the hand sound controls. I am the one controling the trains on the layout. I still have RailSound 5.0 in my 4-8-4 and Silver Flash. Enjoy the video I but together on YouTube:

I have one of the older ones. The sound is generic and it works with one loco at a time. I don't know how it would work with O Scale but with HO DCC control it has to be set to the same address as the loco so the sound will be synchronous or close to it. I got tired of using it and it's buried in a box somewhere. I'm not sure if it even works anymore and the instructions are long gone. The newer one looks to be a bit more advanced but I haven't seen one in use.

Hello,
I am going broke upgrading all my locomotives with soundboards, has anyone here tried out one of MRC syncro sound boxes? Any advice would be great.
Thanks,
Kevin
