I run Windows 7 (64 bit) with Internet Explorer 9, smooth and fast, no problems.   Vista was slow and did have problems.

IE 9 does have setups for progam compatability.    A security and firewall program called "Windows Defender" is part of Windows 7 and could be blocking transmissions.   My Internet Provider (AT&T DSL) includes McAfee Internet Security Suite as a "freebe".    Both security programs are compatible but only one "Firewall" will run at a time.  I am running the McAfee Firewall.

I've been having problems here too. Ever since I got my new laptop with windows 7 and Internet Explorer... 9? I want to say? I cant post here. I type my post in the "post messge" box and press "post" but instead of posting, it gives me an error saying I didnt write anything. Very strange...

Windows 7 comes with IE9 and that seems to be the issue but not every one was it either.  This is why I suggest folks having this issue download Firefox and those that have no longer have issues posting.

Don't feel bad. Despite three conversations with customer service, I have still have not been able to access extras although I subscribe.

Nothing is more fairly distributed than common sense: no one thinks he needs more of it than he already has.

Follow the advice of the second post on this thread.  That is how I was finally able to post using Windows 10 and Explorer 9

Otis, I approved your post as one of the Moderators here...

Yes, we have seen various "Blank" posts that tend to be IE9 browser related and those I have seen I have suggest that the member try another browser such as Firefox.

If the posting is deleted, they should receive an e-mail regarding the deletion.

If it is their first posting, they must be moderated (i.e. someone has to approve it) then they can make unmoderated postings.

If it is a technical issue they should call our customer service number 800-533-6644.

Have your friends recently upgraded their browsers to Internet Explorer 8 or 9? If so they need to look to the right of their address bar. There's a small icon there that looks like a torn piece of paper. They need to click that once and the problem should go away. If not they7 may want to change browsers. I use Firefox as my primary and Opera as my backup. I don't have any problems with them.

Difficulty Posting - Where to get help

I have had 2 friends and fellow collectors who have tried to to post to the forum numerous times and have had the posting disappear.  Who would they contact for help off forum?  Is there a forum administrator that they can communicate with to figure out the bugs? Since they are unable to post it would be helpful to have a person/email that they could contact.  I am pretty limited in my ability to help trouble shoot.
