Burro Crane

I've noticed that one of the large Lionel distributors has the AEC Burro Crane set on sale for what looks like a good price. 

I've long wanted a Burro Crane, and am trying to decide if I should pull the trigger and buy the AEC set, or look for something else.

How do the recent versions of the Burro Cranes compare to the post war 'original issue' Burro Cranes.

I have seen the AEC set being blown out at some very rock bottom prices, as low as $119. I don't have that set but do have one of the re-issues from about 15 years ago. No problems, runs great.

I paid $115 plus shipping for the AEC Burro Crane set (sealed box).
As far as I know, all of the Modern Era burro cranes are made the same way the original postwar was.
The action is the same.
The only down side on the AEC set is the Burro Crane's appearance.
I beleive the crane body  is made of a green tinged, white plastic that glows in the dark. Grzyboski lists the 28422 Pennsy burro crane for $89.95.
He also has the AEC burro crane only for $99.95

Thanks guys.  As far as the appearance of the AEC Burro Crane, one can always paint or replace the cab.

Then again, the seperate sale items are less expensive.....
