You'd need block control on a length of track long enough to stop the oncoming train.  Using something like a 153C contactor, wire the NC contacts to provide power to the opposing track.  When there's a train on the first track, it'll turn off power on the opposing track.  To make it work either way, do the same thing on the other track.

The only problem is when both 153C contactors get energized, both trains will stop. Laugh

I would like to know how I can wire a 020 crossing so that I can run a gang car on 1 of the tracks and the burrow crane on the other.  I want to know if there is a way to wire it so one train will stop when the other train is in the crossing so the trains won't run into each other?  Even though that would be a cool crash to watch.

Thanks Harold
