its a resin base train set I believe made back in the early 80's they show up on ebay from time to time but usually a little more but not much and also the ones I have seen are either just the engine or the engine and one car and maybe some track it looks like you get about a full set there.

Hi everyone,
The wife had me get this on e-bay for $4.50 + shipping. Thought it would be cool for the little grandkids to play with when they come over and the price was right.
Looks to be of the MPC days of Lionel but that is all I can tell. Anyone know anything else about this?
