I was browsing and found this site, which is another source of affordable tinplate buildings which I thought was worth sharing.. It strikes me that how these buildings come about as the products of a sole proprietor rather than a corporation is as much a throwback to the early days of american manufacturing as much as they are pretty unique representations rather than being mass produced. These tinplate buildings which are actually  affordable cardboard constructions  are for me, as addictive at times as the trains. A coat of gloss over them and it's hard to tell they are not tin.
