MTH in Switzerland

I think that it is nice that MTH wants to try to operate overseas, however are they compensating for the electrical factor? Europe, if I am corret, still uses 50 hertz or cycles for their AC power and the USA uses 60 Hertz or cycles. There could be a problem with transformer or command control features because of a lack of proper electric being used.My 2 Cents

Maybe Bob K. can chime in if he knows anything.

I read an article in the MTH Crossing Gate quarterly news that MTH has announced a distributor in Switzerland for their O Gauge and HO Gauge trains. The distributor will also be a service center for MTH electric trains. Seems like MTH is really serious on their European business model.
