Fastrack Operating track ?

Hi all,  I asked this question at the Lionel website but really didn't get the answer I needed.  They did send me the owners manual for this track but I didn't find the answer I was looking for there either.  My question was can this track be wired for accessory power like the UCS track terminal 3 or is it stricty for use with track power only.  Thanks in advance for your replys.  George

 If it is the 6-12054 operating track,yes it can be wired for accessory power. The LIonel website shows how to in the service manual #71-12054-251 dated 1-06.

Your question isn't clear...

1. Are you wanting to control the 6-12054 from a seperate power supply? If so then follow the instructions provided.
2. Are you wanting to control an accessory from the 6-12054? If so, then NO you need 6-12029 and the 6-12027 if you want the accessory to trigger longer.

Thanks for the service manual number.  This has exactly what I wanted to know.  Had Lionel sent me this in the first place I'd of had my answer.  I appreciate that they replied to me anyway.  I see your from Mich also. I have an 8 x 10 layout in Sterling Hts. that I'm slowly working on.  George
