Tanks CHARLIE, just got done perusing it and I like the Heritage Fireball the best out of the whole catalog. I hope they are doing a remake of all the BEER cars. Hope they do my favorite OLD MILWAUKEE.

Lots in this puppy that I like! HAVE to get the B&O Scale Mikado! I can finally run a scale Mikado on my layout! WOOHOO!!Also like the B&O and WM heritage engines... I agree Laz that Fireball is nice! I know someone who will want to vommit in his mouth when he sees them... And for those that have been clamoring for a conventional/tmcc/legacy option... Lionel is doing that with some of the steamers. I find it interesting that the conventional Atlantics are coming in at $549 when the TMCC version was $449 last year...Also interested to see the return of the buildings including the hotel!!!! YIPEEE!!!!
I guess Lionel decided their policy of no beer cars has been tossed into the dumpster. The first 2 look pretty nice for traditional type reefers.

Gotta agree with Brent, sure like them CSX/B&O/WM heritage offerings. Unfortunately it will be quite some time before they appear on the secondary market, makes one long for the days of the "blowout" sales. That's how I got my K-Line Mikes, C&O and B&O, for well under $300 ea. Thank you K-Line.

Not a thing of interest. If they had the 4-8-4 available in CB&Q I'd jump on it. Or anything CB&Q.
This catalog is a home run if you like trains from Michigan. Hard to believe people cannot find something to like in this one.

I like the ABA Northern Pacific black F-3's but not that much at the $1100 listed price.
Ya todays trains are pricey. I'm trying to convince Charlie that he needs those Grand Trunk F units so I can play with them.

That Long Island Railroad H16-44 is enough to keep me more then happy!
The K4s with whistle smoke should be a sight too when they come out. dont even get me started on the J1...

I see that Lionel is bringing the 342 Culvert Loader and 345 Culvert Unloader back again. Hopefully, they'll be better than they were in 1999. The reissue of the 345 never gave me any issues, but the 342 went back to the LHS for warranty work at least five times. It would be nice if they stayed true to the originals this time around with the vibrotor instead of the can motors and sensors of the reissues.
Overall, I am impressed, but most impressed b the idea of the Lincoln Funeral Train. I am joining the railroaders' club to get a chance at that one.
I was very pleased! I am excited to see the 2-6-0's being offered again, as well as the K-line 2-8-2's and K4s, both of which I will be buying. And the C&O Conventional Classics set is wonderful, it's been a while since Lionel has made a really good set release (in my opinion) for that line.
Now starts the process of saving money to buy them haha
Nick! :)
Seayakbill I like the ABA Northern Pacific black F-3's but not that much at the $1100 listed price.
Limited production numbers, more details, and many more electronic features means there will be higher prices. If you only buy one locomotive every year or two, then it should be possible to purchase one if you budget your money very carefully.

It is stunning that they put the Grand Trunk Western F3 A-A Diesels, GTW PS-1, and GTW Caboose without me sending 100 e-mails.
They have new Kansas City Southern and BNSF ES44AC Diesels, but alas matching Gunderson Husky-Stack Intermodal Cars, containers, and trailers will have to be announced and produced much later.
