I have to give a +1 for Jeff at the Train Tender.  While I've never bought transformer parts from him, I've bought other obscure stuff from him, and he's always a stand-up guy to deal with.   I may be placing an order with him soon, as a matter of fact.  He does have some weird hours, I think he works nights at another job and sleeps in the day, so emailing him is usually the best bet.  He gets back to you pretty quickly, and he's got a lot of repair knowledge that he's willing to share.  Overall good guy!

Also not sure where you are but york train meet would be a great place to get that type of parts. Also any train meet you could get to may be and after you been to a few asking the sellers probably start bringing them that didn't have them the first or second time

There are a few Transformer repair guys on the Ebay who sell the parts your hunting. One of the best is Davis Lyons out of Burlington NC. I have bought repair lugs from him and he has done repair work for me.
