What is the rating for a pre-war 91 circuit breaker?

Does anyone know the ratings for a pre-war 91 circuit breaker?  As you can see, it has 2 terminals (marked "High" and "Low") which I assume correspond to something like a 10A breaker and a 5A breaker.  However, I do not want to burn down my house because I relied on an assumption.

Any info?

Thanks.

Notice that that link is to a description of the postwar 91.  Here is the prewar version, unfortunately without any current ratings specified:  http://pictures.olsenstoy.com/cd/b123/001025.pdf

Getting specs on these seems to be something of a quixotic quest, doesn't it?

As my daddy used to say, "Ya gotta use protection."  And because these things look cool, and they're cheap, and most of my stuff is pre-war anyway, I thought I'd use these if and where suitable.  Unfortunately, "if" remains an open question.

OTOH, they're cheap and plentiful enough that I might buy a few and put new guts in.  I'm pretty sure that the oft-cited automotive breakers would fit inside, and you would know what you have when you're done.
