I have been to Hennings many times. I live only 5 minutes away. Great customer service. The only person I trust to fix anything. He also stands by what he sells. I purchased 2 seperate items and had problems with both, smoke unit and stripped out screw. I brought them back a few months later and he fixed them no charge and no questions asked.

I don't know how big an order you're contemplating, but I ordered and received an engine part from them the other day.  I found them to be very courteous.  The shipping charge was actual postage, not some trumped-up amount, and shipping time was very fast.  Hope you have the same good experience.
